Department of Justice, Department of Corrections, and the Judicial Branch must confer by October 1, 2025 to determine the most efficient method for providing criminal history information to the Criminal Justice Data Warehouse

Criminal history data must cover offenders convicted in district court over the past 5 fiscal years and all future convictions, with each offender's name identifiable with their criminal history

If the three entities cannot reach consensus by the October 1, 2025 deadline, the Department of Corrections becomes solely responsible for providing the criminal history information

Appropriates $6,000 total from the general fund for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025: $2,000 each to the Department of Corrections, Department of Justice, and Judicial Branch for collaboration efforts
