Appropriates $953,500 from Montana's Cultural and Aesthetic Projects Trust Fund to the Montana Arts Council for grants to approximately 55 arts and cultural organizations for the biennium ending June 30, 2027

Appropriates $30,000 to the Montana Historical Society for care and conservation of capitol complex artwork

Grant recipients must acknowledge coal tax funding on websites, promotional materials, and publications with the statement: "Additional support from coal tax placed into Montana's Cultural and Aesthetic Projects Trust Fund"

Unencumbered grant balances revert to the trust fund on July 1, 2027; if funding is insufficient, grants exceeding $2,000 will be reduced on a pro rata basis
