Increases the nonresident bonus point application fee from $20 to $25 per species for hunting license drawings

Allows nonresident landowners who own at least 640 contiguous acres to purchase an additional bonus point for elk or deer license drawings if they participated in a Block Management hunting access program the previous year and purchased a Class B-10 license

Repeals Section 87-2-714, MCA, which provided landowner preference for Class B-10 nonresident big game combination licenses

Removes references to Section 87-2-714 from the preference point system governing distribution of 75% and 25% of Class B-10 and B-11 licenses

Effective date is March 1, 2026
