Requires physicians, nurses, teachers, school employees, social workers, child care workers, law enforcement officers, clergy, and other specified professionals to report individuals they know to be unlawfully present in the United States to the Montana Department of Justice

Failure to report or knowingly preventing another from reporting is a misdemeanor offense

Clergy and priests are exempt from reporting if information was obtained through confession or confidential religious communication protected by canon law or church doctrine

Reports may be shared with federal immigration agencies, and reporter identities must be kept confidential; phone reports must be audio recorded and retained for 3 years

Appropriates $500 from the general fund for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, to create an online reporting website and provide physical forms at motor vehicle division offices
