Requires individual and group disability insurance policies in Montana to cover continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and supplies for individuals diagnosed with Type I or Type II diabetes when deemed medically necessary and prescribed by a health care provider

Prohibits insurers from limiting CGM coverage based on the stage of diabetes or whether the insured requires insulin treatment

Prohibits special deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or other limitations on CGM coverage that do not apply generally to other medical services under the plan

Appropriates $25,000 from the general fund to the Department of Administration for the 2025-2027 biennium to administer the state employee health plan requirements

Effective January 1, 2026, applying to policies issued or renewed on or after that date; exempts disability income, hospital indemnity, Medicare supplement, specified disease, and long-term care policies
