Department of Public Health and Human Services must establish a fee schedule and administrative rules for payment of costs associated with committing individuals to community facilities and behavioral health inpatient facilities

Biennial reporting required before September 1 of each even-numbered year to the children, families, health, and human services interim committee on commitment and detention numbers

Reports must include the number of individuals committed or detained and aggregate information on the facilities involved

Appropriates $5,000 from the general fund for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, as a one-time-only appropriation for implementation costs

Amends sections 53-21-149 and 53-21-193 of the Montana Code Annotated
