Adds direct patient care agreements (as defined in 50-4-107) to the list of optional medical services that may be covered under Montana Medicaid

Prohibits the Department of Public Health and Human Services from requiring Medicaid enrollees to participate in primary care case management services if they enter into a direct patient care agreement

Establishes a statutory definition of "direct patient care agreement" as an agreement for health care services provided under section 50-4-107

Appropriates $5,000 from the general fund to DPHHS for implementation during the biennium beginning July 1, 2025

Effective date of July 1, 2025
