Supports use of presidential emergency powers under the National Emergencies Act, Defense Production Act, and Energy Policy and Conservation Act to bypass environmental reviews for energy projects deemed critical to national security

Highlights Montana's energy resources including coal, oil, natural gas, hydropower, wind, geothermal, hydrogen, solar, pumped storage hydropower, and nuclear capabilities as available to support U.S. energy independence
