Requests the Legislative Council to designate an interim committee to study guardianship and conservatorship issues in Montana, including training, licensing, certification, and auditing requirements

Requires the study to review existing Montana resources, examine programs in other states (such as Oregon's Conservatorship Audit Program and Minnesota's 2011 Conservator Account Auditing Program), and identify potential costs and funding sources

Mandates stakeholder input from guardians, conservators, family members, support organizations, judges, and staff from the Department of Public Health and Human Services and Department of Justice

Study must be completed by September 15, 2026, with final results reported to the 70th Legislature
