Recognizes the 9,106 educational support professionals employed in Montana's public schools, including paraprofessionals, secretaries, clerks, special-needs assistants, IT professionals, sign-language interpreters, visual disability educators, and transportation and custodial employees

Acknowledges these professionals' contributions to student safety, educational outcomes, and positive learning environments, including support for students with physical, social-emotional, and mental needs

Affirms that retention of educational support professionals is in Montana's best interest and that one full-time job should be sufficient to thrive economically
