Requests the Legislative Council to assign an interim committee or staff to study endocrine-disrupting chemicals, PFAS (perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances), and their impact on Montana's water quality

Study must review how existing state and federal water quality laws (Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act) regulate endocrine-disrupting chemicals and protect Montana's water

Requires examination of PFAS presence in Montana, including potential sources, testing methods, and routes of human and ecological exposure

Study must analyze health effects research and determine prevalence of endocrine-disrupting chemicals in Montana, with recommendations for future legislation, rulemaking, or additional study

All study aspects must be concluded by September 15, 2026, with final results reported to the 70th Legislature
