Requests an interim study of the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (introduced as HB 619 in the 69th Legislature) for potential adoption in Montana

Directs review of current Montana laws governing owners' associations, including nonprofit organization laws (Title 35, chapter 2) and the Unit Ownership Act (Title 70, chapter 23), which has not been substantially updated since 1965

Requires inclusion of stakeholders including the Montana Bankers Association, Montana Land Title Association, and Montana Association of Realtors in the study process

Study must be completed by September 15, 2026, with final results reported to the 70th Legislature

Follows two legislative cycles of prior study by the Local Government Interim Committee; HB 619 was tabled by the House Judiciary Committee as too complex to evaluate after a single hearing
