Requests the Legislative Council to designate an interim or statutory committee to examine Montana State Fund's Plan 3 workers' compensation insurance for state employees

Study must investigate class codes, rates, tiers, discounts, dividends, and whether Montana State Fund agents receive monetary incentives for acquiring state employee workers' compensation policies

Requires the interim committee to work with stakeholders including business owners and Montana State Fund representatives

All study aspects, including presentation and review requirements, must be completed by September 15, 2026

Final results, findings, conclusions, and recommendations must be reported to the 70th Legislature
