Study must analyze impacts on agency operations, budgets, personnel reductions, and sustainability of programs including infrastructure rehabilitation and construction

Requires examination of how federal workforce reductions may affect MDT project operations, permitting, and other functions

Study must be completed by September 15, 2026, with findings reported to the 70th Legislature and relevant interim committees
