Requires a one-time performance audit of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel by the Legislative Audit Division, examining all funding sources, expenditures, budgets, costs, and functions over the past 10 years

Judicial branch must pay the full cost of the audit

Audit must be completed and presented to the legislative audit committee by December 15, 2026

Audit results must be delivered to the law and justice interim committee and section D interim budget subcommittee, and posted on the Legislative Audit Division website

Amends the definition of "state agency" in MCA 5-13-102 to explicitly include entities created by or subject to supervision by the Montana Supreme Court
