Education membership organizations and associations composed of public or government entities that receive public funds must open their meetings and records to the public

Transparency requirements apply to organizations supported "in whole or in part, directly or indirectly" by public funds

Open meeting and record standards must match those already required of the member public or government entities

Would be codified under Title 20, chapter 1, part 2 of Montana Code (education provisions)
