Requires the Judicial Standards Commission to send investigation reports and evidence regarding judicial officers to the House of Representatives

Expands current law so that when the commission finds charges true and recommends censure, suspension, removal, or disability retirement, the recommendation goes to both the Supreme Court and the House of Representatives

Reports must include all evidence found during the investigation

Restricts public release of commission reports by House members and staff to only when the reports are used in impeachment proceedings

Amends MCA sections 3-1-1105 and 3-1-1106 governing confidential proceedings and investigation procedures for judicial officers
