Exempts aquaculture products from standard commodity sale measurement requirements, allowing them to be sold without strict weight/measure rules that apply to other commodities

Adds aquaculture products to the list of items that can be sold in retail food establishments without undergoing the licensing, permitting, certification, packaging, labeling, and inspection requirements that apply to most homemade foods

Classifies aquaculture products as "raw agricultural commodities" alongside fruits, vegetables, raw honey, and grains, providing regulatory treatment similar to other unprocessed farm products

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
