Recreational vehicle and mobile home spaces for lease or rent must now undergo subdivision review as "buildings," removing a previous exemption that allowed such developments to bypass standard subdivision requirements

The definition of "building" in lease/rent review laws is expanded to include multiple spaces under single ownership where recreational vehicles or mobile homes will be placed, excluding condominiums and townhomes

Removes the requirement for local governing bodies to establish separate review criteria specifically for RV and mobile home parks, instead subjecting them to standard building-for-lease regulations

Park dedication requirements for subdivisions now apply to condominiums only (not RV/mobile home spaces) when no parcels are created, reversing the prior inclusion of permanent RV and mobile home spaces

Applies only to recreational camping vehicle and mobile home spaces created on or after the effective date of the act
