Authorizes the Community Choice School Commission to seek and receive public funding that aligns with the purposes of Montana's choice school laws

Clarifies that the commission may receive gifts and donations from any private source, including individuals (previously limited to "private entities")

Private donations must be deposited in the community choice school account and may be used for commission operations or distributed to choice schools at the commission's discretion

The commission is a 7-member autonomous body with statewide authority to approve authorizers for choice schools, attached to the Board of Public Education for administrative purposes

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
