Creates the "Wild West Casino Nights Act" allowing nonprofit living history organizations, individual living history volunteers, and history reenacting organizations to conduct fundraising events featuring antique gambling activities using imitation money purchased by participants

Permits use of otherwise illegal gambling devices during these events, including faro boxes, roulette wheels, craps tables, slot machines, and historical card games like blackjack, three card monte, and baccarat

Limits wild west casino nights to 12 consecutive hours (or two 6-hour sessions in the same calendar year) per permit, with a $25 permit fee and only one permit per organization annually

Requires proceeds after administrative expenses (capped at 50%) be used only for civic, charitable, or educational purposes, with no rake-off allowed and events operated solely by uncompensated organization members

Expands the definition of "antique gambling device" to include original or reproduction gambling equipment from before 1877, and exempts these organizations from certain gambling taxes and licensing fees
