Eliminates the termination date for Montana's Medicaid expansion program, making it permanent by repealing sunset provisions from prior laws (Chapter 368, Laws of 2015; Chapter 415, Laws of 2019; Chapter 456, Laws of 2019; Chapter 318, Laws of 2021)

Adds Medicaid coverage for auxiliary personnel services, including community health integration services to address social determinants of health and principal illness navigation for patients with serious conditions lasting at least 3 months

Adds Medicaid coverage for traditional healing services provided by traditional healing providers at Indian Health Service facilities, tribal health programs, urban Indian organizations, or contracted facilities

Requires the Department of Public Health and Human Services to apply to CMS for necessary waivers and state plan amendments, and to consult with tribal and Indian health officials per federal requirements

New service coverage provisions take effect upon CMS approval of required waivers and amendments; remainder of act effective upon passage and approval
