Removes requirement that a "private security guard" must be employed by a private security firm, broadening the definition to any individual who protects persons or property or directs public movement

Clarifies "security alarm installer" definition to specify systems that automatically communicate with public safety agencies, and excludes locksmiths who install closed-circuit TV cameras and battery-operated door devices
