Adds epinephrine nasal spray as an approved medication alongside autoinjectable epinephrine for treating anaphylaxis in Montana public and nonpublic schools

Allows students with asthma, severe allergies, or anaphylaxis to possess and self-administer prescribed epinephrine nasal spray at school, school-sponsored activities, and during transit

Permits schools to maintain stock supplies of epinephrine nasal spray for emergency administration by school nurses or authorized personnel to any student or nonstudent experiencing anaphylaxis

Requires schools stocking epinephrine nasal spray to develop protocols for employee training, medication storage, and follow-up care including 9-1-1 calls

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
