Establishes a 6-member Montana Graduate Medical Education Task Force including representatives from DPHHS, higher education, labor department, physician organizations, health facilities, and a patient advocate

Allocates $6 million from the general fund for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025 to fund the grant program

Requires grant applicants to submit specialty area, accreditation proof, 2-year financial projections, and a 5-year sustainability plan

Mandates annual reporting by September 1 to the governor and legislative committees on grant recipients, programs established, residency positions created and filled, and accreditation status
