Creates a private cause of action allowing minors to sue health care professionals or physicians for injuries (physical, psychological, emotional, or physiological) resulting from gender dysphoria treatments that deviate from the applicable medical standard of care

Establishes a 2-year statute of limitations from the time the injured party discovers both the injury and its causal relationship to the treatment, with the limitation period tolled until a minor reaches age 23 or during periods of threats, intimidation, or fraud by the provider

Covers specific medical interventions including surgical procedures (mastectomy, hysterectomy, vaginoplasty, phalloplasty, etc.), supraphysiologic doses of hormones (testosterone or estrogen), and puberty blockers (GnRH agonists)

Exempts treatment for medically verifiable disorders of sex development, treatment for complications from prior gender-related procedures, and other clinically appropriate or evidence-based treatments

Effective July 1, 2025, and repeals existing Section 50-4-1005, MCA (Private cause of action for subsequent harm)
