Removes redundant organizational provisions (such as officer elections and meeting requirements) from statutes governing multiple licensing boards, including those for medicine, optometry, acupuncture, veterinary medicine, and real estate appraisers

Amends 11 sections of Montana Code Annotated affecting boards for physicians, optometrists, acupuncturists, speech-language pathologists/audiologists, veterinarians, social workers, real estate appraisers, landscape architects, and electricians

Repeals 7 statutory sections that contained duplicative or conflicting provisions regarding board organization, seals, and procedures

Standardizes document authentication procedures and clarifies responsibilities across professional licensing boards administered by the department
