Applicants must pay all fees associated with obtaining the background checks

Authorizes the board to require fingerprint submission and background checks from licensees at the time of license renewal

Amends existing licensure qualifications under Section 37-33-502, MCA to add fingerprint submission as a mandatory requirement

Effective July 1, 2025, applying to license applications submitted on or after that date
