Establishes the Supporting Bowhunters with Disabilities Program allowing hunting license applicants to donate $1 or more to fund modified archery equipment for hunters with disabilities

Creates a dedicated state special revenue account to hold donations, interest earned, and gifts/grants received for the program, with unspent funds rolling over each fiscal year

Directs the department to distribute funds to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that acquire and provide modified archery equipment to hunters holding permits to modify archery equipment

Requires the department to adopt rules establishing donation mechanisms, payment procedures to nonprofits, and guidelines for equipment distribution to eligible Montana hunters

Effective July 1, 2025
