Requires the words "official ballot" to be printed on ballots rather than individually stamped by election judges before distribution to voters

Adds a new requirement that Secretary of State rules must address the placement of "official ballot" wording in accordance with Section 13-13-116

Amends Sections 13-12-202 and 13-13-116 of the Montana Code Annotated governing ballot form, uniformity, and paper ballot marking procedures

Effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor
