Amends Section 41-3-205, MCA to explicitly grant U.S. Congress members and Montana legislators access to drug testing results as part of child abuse and neglect investigation records

Drug testing access includes both field-conducted tests and laboratory tests held by the department

Legislators must still meet existing requirements to access records: receive a written inquiry about a child, submit a written request, sign confidentiality forms, and receive department orientation

Access to requested records remains limited to 6 months from the date the department receives the written request

Records remain confidential and may not be copied or photographed; legislators must view them at the local office where the case is or was active
