Adds causing or permitting a child under 18 to inhale, be exposed to, or ingest marijuana (including THC products like edibles and drinks) as a form of child endangerment

Makes it an offense to assist, promote, or encourage a child under 18 to enter an adult-use marijuana dispensary or a place where dangerous drugs are being manufactured

Expands existing provisions from methamphetamine-specific to cover all dangerous drugs listed in Schedules I through V when produced or manufactured in locations where children may be present

Creates an exception for children exposed to dangerous drugs under the direction of a physician or licensed medical provider

Clarifies that incidental secondhand marijuana smoke from an adult's lawful use does not constitute the offense of exposing a child to marijuana
