Expands eligibility for domestic violence intervention grants to include monitoring offenders who are charged with (not just convicted of) partner or family member assault, strangulation, or order of protection violations

Broadens the scope of compliance monitoring from "sentencing requirements" to all "court-ordered requirements," allowing oversight at earlier stages of the legal process

Authorizes communities to use grant funds for either misdemeanor probation officers or compliance officers to monitor offenders

Amends Montana Code Section 44-7-201, with funding administered through the Montana Board of Crime Control using the domestic violence intervention account
