Expands Montana's electioneering prohibition zone to include within 100 feet of any line of voters waiting outside a polling location, in addition to existing restrictions within polling places and 100 feet of building entrances

Prohibits candidates, their family members, and campaign workers/volunteers from distributing alcohol, tobacco, food, drink, or anything of value within the expanded zone that includes voter lines

Requires the Secretary of State to send a copy of the act to each federally recognized tribal government in Montana

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
