Requires the Department of Labor and Industry to annually update administrative rules defining the value of lodging, rent, or housing provided as part of employee remuneration for workers' compensation purposes

Mandates that lodging value rules address general geographic proximity to available housing and may consider other reasonable factors affecting value

Amends Section 39-71-123, MCA, which defines "wages" for workers' compensation calculations to include non-cash remuneration such as commissions, bonuses, tips, board, and lodging
