Establishes "Alan's Law" creating enhanced penalties for employees or volunteers at caregiving facilities who commit misdemeanor offenses under Title 45, chapter 5, or felony offenses against vulnerable persons in their care

Requires an additional consecutive prison sentence of 1 to 10 years on top of the punishment for the underlying offense

Defines "caregiving facility" broadly to include mental health facilities, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, foster homes, youth shelters, day-care centers, halfway houses, group homes for disabled persons, and public or nonpublic schools

Defines "vulnerable person" as a child or a vulnerable adult as defined in existing Montana statutes
