Grants the Secretary of State supervisory powers over county election administrators in all matters pertaining to their election duties, including the authority to order and direct their actions

Requires county election administrators to promptly gather and provide information when requested by the Secretary of State regarding voter registration, voter rolls, elections, and election management systems

Authorizes the Secretary of State to require periodic reports from election administrators on the condition of public business entrusted to their charge

Amends both the Secretary of State's duties statute (2-15-401) and the election administrator statute (13-1-301) to establish this supervisory relationship
