Eliminates the statute of limitations for civil tort actions against individuals who committed childhood sexual abuse, allowing victims to file claims at any time

Removes the previous deadline requiring victims to sue before age 27 or within 3 years of discovering the abuse caused their injury

Strikes provisions that allowed time-barred claims to be revived only in limited circumstances (such as when the abuser admitted to the abuse or was convicted)

Removes separate statute of limitations provisions for claims against entities (employers, organizations) whose employees or agents committed the abuse

Defines childhood sexual abuse as acts committed against someone under 18 that would violate specific Montana criminal statutes including sexual assault, incest, and human trafficking offenses
