Amends Section 13-38-205, MCA to allow county central committee presiding officers to notify precinct committee representatives of county convention calls via e-mail as an alternative to physical mail.

Convention call must still be published in a newspaper at the county seat and sent to each precinct committee representative not less than 4 days before the convention date.

Previously, the law only permitted mailing copies of the convention call; e-mail is now added as an equivalent notification method.
