Prohibits the sale of hemp products containing total delta-9 THC to consumers in Montana, unless authorized as a food or drug by the FDA

Defines "consumer" as a member of the public who takes possession of a hemp product and does not offer it for resale

Defines "hemp product" as any product containing postharvest hemp intended for consumption, smoking, vaping, or other administration methods

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
