Expands the definition of "smoking" in Montana's Clean Indoor Air Act to include the use of electronic smoking devices, in addition to traditional tobacco products and marijuana

Creates a new statutory definition for "electronic smoking device" as any e-cigarette, dab rig, or vape pen containing nicotine or other substances intended for inhaling vapor or aerosol

Effectively bans vaping in all enclosed public places where smoking is already prohibited, including restaurants, stores, offices, public transportation, health care facilities, schools, and university facilities

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval by the governor
