Prohibits flags, banners, symbols, or seals representing social causes, political activism, or social activism from being displayed in public school buildings or on school property, including playgrounds, parking lots, athletic facilities, and school buses

Exempts official flags and symbols of the United States, Montana, and U.S. armed forces from the prohibition; also excludes historical documents like the Ten Commandments from the definition of "symbol"

Requires school district trustees to display the national motto "In God We Trust" in every school building and classroom on a poster, framed document, or plaque measuring at least 8x10 inches with the motto as the central focus in large, readable font

Authorizes school districts to use their own funds or accept donated funds and donated displays to comply with the motto requirement

Amends existing law to explicitly exempt the "In God We Trust" display from prohibitions against distributing sectarian or denominational publications in public schools; effective July 1, 2025
