Prohibits the Lewis and Clark Highway from running between South Higgins Avenue and Arthur Avenue north of, or along, 6th South Street while passing through Missoula

Requires the Montana Department of Transportation and board to consult with Missoula County and the city of Missoula to determine an alternate route

Alternate route must minimize distance traveled through primarily residential neighborhoods

Amends Section 60-1-202, MCA, which defines the existing Lewis and Clark Highway route from the Idaho state line through Montana to the North Dakota state line
