Secretary of State must design a reconciliation spreadsheet for county election administrators to report detailed election data including total registered voters, ballots issued/cast/accepted/rejected by type (poll, absentee, provisional, military-overseas), test ballots, and election day registrations

County election administrators must post the completed spreadsheet to their county election website and submit it to the Secretary of State no later than when the board of county canvassers meets

Secretary of State must prepare a comprehensive statewide reconciliation report at least 7 days prior to certification by the board of state canvassers

If discrepancies are discovered in a county's results, the Secretary of State must address them with the county election administrator, county governing body, and legislative leadership for correction

Digital copies of spreadsheets must be retained in perpetuity; the statewide report must be submitted to all legislators, posted publicly online, and presented to the state administration and veterans' affairs interim committee after each statewide or federal election
