Election administrators must notify county central committees when an election judge they nominated is permanently removed for violating election law or causing polling place disruptions

County central committees may file official complaints with the governing body if they are not notified of judge removals or if their submitted lists are not used in judge selection

Election administrators must notify county central committees at least 90 days before the deadline to submit election judge nominee lists (45 days before the primary in even-numbered years)

Each election board must include representatives of at least two political parties, with no single party holding more than a simple majority, and qualifications, experience, and availability may be considered in appointments
