Prohibits the use, sale, or administration of vaccines containing aluminum as an ingredient within Montana

Department of Public Health and Human Services must notify all vaccine manufacturers, distributors, and health care providers within 30 days of the act's passage

Vaccine manufacturers and distributors must submit implementation plans within 1 year, including a compliance timeline not exceeding 90 days and provisions for removing aluminum-containing vaccines from all retail, pharmacy, and health care locations

Department of Labor and Industry may take licensing action against health care providers who violate the prohibition

Prohibition takes effect only after DPHHS certifies to the code commissioner that aluminum-free vaccines are available for human use
