Prohibits the use of motorboats and personal watercraft (as defined in 23-2-502) on Class II waters in Montana

Amends Section 23-2-302, MCA, which governs public recreational use of surface waters

Class II waters already carry existing restrictions requiring landowner permission for big game hunting, overnight camping, and placement of seasonal objects

Does not affect public rights on state-owned school trust lands or lessee rights on those lands
