Prohibits selling entertainment event tickets (concerts, sports, theater, etc.) at prices exceeding the printed ticket price plus tax, with service charges capped at $3 or 10% of the ticket price, whichever is greater

Venue owners or operators may provide written authorization allowing ticket sales above the standard price limits, specifying the permitted resale price

Violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by fines up to $1,000 per offense

Applies to all entertainment events in Montana including arenas, stadiums, theaters, performances, sports events, exhibitions, and athletic contests
