Prohibits credit unions in Montana from acquiring a bank, a bank's assets, a bank's liabilities, or any other aspect of a bank's business

Amends Section 32-3-401, MCA, which governs the general powers of credit unions

Adds a restriction to the existing power allowing credit unions to acquire property necessary for their operations

Credit unions retain the ability to purchase assets from other credit unions with department approval, but not from banks
