Creates a new Sexual Assault Medical Forensic Examination Fund within state special revenue, funded by $800,000 annually transferred from the marijuana state special revenue account (increased from $375,000)

Shifts responsibility for paying for sexual assault forensic examinations from local law enforcement agencies to the Montana Department of Justice, which will reimburse medical providers at a maximum rate of $800 per examination

Requires the Department of Justice to purchase and distribute sexual assault evidence kits to medical facilities at no cost and establish a secure electronic system for reimbursement requests and treatment records

Appropriates $800,000 per year for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025, with legislative intent for this to become ongoing base funding

Requires notification to all federally recognized tribal governments in Montana upon passage
